September 2005 a
group of individuals from the Holmen Area Civic & Commerce Association
gathered together to review concerns with the existing library facility.
They began the
Friends of the Holmen Area Library and began working with a variety of
individuals as well as the Village of Holmen, Town of Holland and Town of
Onalaska to come together to find options that addressed the library needs of
the Holmen Area residents.
